Bringing a taste of Germany from the Green Mountains, spatzle is a traditional egg noodle. Our recipe is both gluten free and delicious, there is not another product like ours out there! Our pasta is a no boil pasta, primarily made local milk and eggs. We use all non-GMO ingredients. All you need to do is a quick sauté in a pan with a little bit of butter or oil for about 2 to 3 minutes. You are basically just trying to heat our pasta up. You can also warm our pasta right in a soup sauce or gravy. Our pasta does not get mushy, it absorbs flavor but not liquid. You can use our Spätzle for anything that you would use pasta for, just quicker and tastier.
Our pasta/noodle is primarily made from local milk and eggs.
